The due diligence
comes with the coffee.

Whoever places this coffee on the EU market, you, your importer, or your trader, has to file a due diligence statement for it. Every lot arrives with the file that statement is built from, so the question never lands on anyone's desk unanswered.

Every plot on a map

Each lot ships with the GPS polygon of every parcel involved. Producer names, boundaries, satellite view. The polygon is released to the importer of record on signature.

Deforestation-free, checked

Each plot is screened against satellite tree-cover loss since the EUDR cut-off date. Field verification is run where the satellite data shows change.

Certificates and export papers

Organic and Rainforest Alliance where the lot carries them. Certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, COI, residue analyses. Each document delivered as it is issued.

One dossier, ready to file

Geolocation, screening, chain of custody consolidated at the EU Information System format. On the day the lot arrives in your roastery, your due diligence statement is a few clicks away.

Roasters who read their cup
like a sentence.

We work with roasters who hold a clear editorial line, who prefer two or three partners of trust over a dozen opportunists, and who want to anticipate the EU Deforestation Regulation rather than inherit it in June 2027.

Between the marketplace
and the trader.

Maison Alti sits in a precise space on the green-coffee map. We select a narrow catalog from named cooperatives, carry the EUDR dossier for you, and work in European contracting. Not a marketplace. Not a bulk trader. A maison.

We publish testimonials only once a roaster has sent us a signed consent and validated the quote in writing. Three slots open for the first wave.

Four steps.
Nothing hidden in step three.

01

Reserve

Pick a lot. Share your roastery details and the bags you want. You receive the lot reference and the full EUDR dossier immediately.

02

Sign

We send the European Standard Contract for Coffee (ESCC) and a 5 percent deposit invoice. The lot is yours when the deposit lands.

03

Ship

FOB Puerto Cortés. 65 percent of the balance comes due against the sea waybill. Certificate of origin, phytosanitary, organic, and COI documents follow as they are issued.

04

Inspect

Quality and quantity verified at port of arrival within 45 days. The final 30 percent is due after inspection. You then file your EU due diligence statement using the dossier.

The ones that get asked.
The ones worth answering here.

When can I receive my first sample?

We can send a 200 to 500g sample within a week of your first request. The first sample is on us. Later samples are charged at cost and credited to your first order.

What are your payment terms?

Prepayment in full on the first order, so we can build the relationship on clean ground. From the second order, 30 days net end of month, standard specialty terms.

Can I rebrand the QR passport under my roastery?

Yes. The passport remains Maison Alti sourced, but you can add your logo, your roast date, your recipe, your voice. One scan, two names.

Do you work with roasters outside the EU, in Switzerland or the UK?

Yes. We ship FOB from the origin, and we help you choose the route that fits your tax and regulatory setup. Direct air to Switzerland is a specific option worth asking about.

Can I visit the origin?

We hope you will. We organise one or two visits per year with roasters who want to meet the cooperatives. We cover planning, you cover travel.

What happens if a lot does not meet the agreed quality at inspection?

We rework the pricing against the contract. If the lot cannot be reasonably delivered against the agreed specification, we refund the deposit and the signed balance. The relationship matters more than the lot.
