Washed regional lots from Santa Bárbara (APROCAJER) and El Paraíso (COMICAOL). The varieties and the definitive cup profiles will be confirmed after our January 2027 cupping and the Q4 2026 farm visits. The grades, bag counts, and base pricing are fixed.
Indicative cup profiles on each lot page are based on the terroir and variety history. The definitive notes will be published after the January 2027 cupping and before dispatch. Prices on request to keep the dialogue personal with each roaster.
From the plant to your roastery, eight months.
First wave of roaster outreach. Dossiers sent on request. Samples dispatched where stock allows.

Blind cupping of the four regional lots on the historic cupping table of La Caféothèque, Paris. Co-hosted with Gloria Montenegro, founder of La Caféothèque and former Guatemalan ambassador to UNESCO. Intimate format, roasters first. Final dates confirmed end of November 2026.
Each plot screened against the 31 December 2020 reference date. Non-compliant plots removed, dossier assembled.
Container closes. European Standard Contract for Coffee executed per roaster. 5 percent deposit secured each reservation, balance due against sea waybill.
Lots dispatched from the Le Havre warehouse. Final 30 percent due after inspection within 45 days.

What happens next
- 01You send your interest email. We reply within 48 hours with the detailed dossier, indicative prices, and sample dispatch options.
- 02If you want to cup before deciding, we ship 200 g samples (where stock is available) or we invite you to the January 2027 session at La Caféothèque de Paris, co-hosted with Gloria Montenegro.
- 03When you confirm your part, we send the ESCC (European Standard Contract for Coffee) for DocuSign and a 5 percent deposit invoice. Your bags are reserved.
- 04May 2027, the container ships. You receive your coffee at Le Havre in June 2027, with the full EUDR dossier.
Submitting the email signals your interest. It commits neither Maison Alti nor your roastery. The commercial engagement is formalised by an ESCC signed after you have cupped and decided.

Seven APROCAJER microlots from the previous harvest are ready to dispatch now: Gesha and Parainema in washed, honey, and natural, scored 90 to 93 SCA. For roasters who need coffee before the 2026/2027 container lands.
